Diversified developer Time & Place and Australian retailer Woolworths have entered into a partnership to plan for and deliver a high quality mixed-use residential and retail development which includes a state-of-the-art, full line Woolworths supermarket.

The site has been identified by Stonnington Council as an activity centre suitable for activation and regeneration.

Our proposal aims to reflect the local character of Glen Iris and deliver high quality apartments and convenient shopping for the area.
